Christine Karman is an entrepreneur, software engineer and
consultant, currently running a new software business as well as
contracting for software companies. She is also
an associate consultant at Stratix Consulting, a consulting firm
with primary focus on telecom industry, as well as IT.
Until recently, Christine was
the CEO of Izecom. She founded Izecom in September of 2002. Izecom was a
vendor of email encryption products.
Christine is a cofounder, member of the board and former
chairperson of the
Internet Child Pornography Hotline.
Christine was a judge at the TR100 symposium in 2002 and 2004. In 2001, she was a technology pioneer at the
World Economic Forum. Christine is a
member of the advisory board of Technika10, an
mainly volunteers who
provide science and technology classes to girls.
